Almost all of us can think of that one teacher that impacted our lives. They may not be Michigan Teacher of the Year, but they were teacher of our year. National Teacher Appreciation Day is for all teachers, those that win awards in our hearts and our minds. Celebrate National Teacher Appreciation Day by doing something special to honor your child's teacher, your teacher, or the memory of a beloved teacher.
The Michigan Teachers of the Year honor all teachers every day, through community service projects, empowering speaking engagements, and maintaining a brain-trust of teachers to serve as teacher leaders who impact teacher recruitment and retention.
